A Saturn game usually does that when it can't read the disc at all. Is it scratched up bad? Cause you could try to clean the disk.

A disc shaver should do the job just fine, so long as the scratches aren't too deep. If it doesn't work after that, then there's not much else you can do. Where did you buy it ? My friend had exactly the same problem a couple of weeks ago, but managed to get a refund off the seller on eBay.

Better first make sure its definately a NTSC copy of the game you have (I assume it's a US Saturn too). If it is, then your disc is faulty, and there's not much else you can do.
If the game was working fine, you wouldn't even see that Audio menu, it would boot straight away.

Check the disc. It should say on the disc face, in a small box, either NTSC (American game), NTSC-J (Japanese) or PAL (European/Australian). If it's anything other than NTSC, it won't run on your Saturn, as it's region-locked.
However, the reason the Music tracks run fine may be because they're stored as standard music tracks on the CD, and not in the game data, that's why it'll play on and CD player. That part of the disc is probably not damaged.

it doesnt say NTSC or any of them....it says manufactured in US and its the color is all Purple..like the writing.
Then you're fine, its an American copy. Fraid your disc is just damaged. I still suggest the disc shaver.

You could always download SSF, a Sega Saturn emulator, put your NiD in your CD-Rom, & it would play on your computer. But you would need a saturn-computer adapter to play with the controller, or else your stuck with the keyboard.
