Actually thats the exact game I was thinking of but I didn't say anything because I thought it may have been offensive to some people.
(I don't know why I thought that but any who I do have Vice City for the PC and if I ever find out how to mod the game I may try it some day. I've been trying to do the same for The Sims 2 but I couldn't a particular editing program to work on my computer so I could.)
