My Dream looks a bit better in action, though I still hate the kids' animations... Really catchy music though!
Bomamba looks sort of dull to play (you do indeed tilt the board to make the cats fall into the holes) but the Chameleon one looks super fun. You paraloop away sections of a giant curtain, trying to reveal the guy ^^
If you're having trouble getting these to play, I can upload some (or all) videos to Youtube. Just say the word.
edit2: thanks for moving this TRiP ^^

I must agree. Chameleon-man looks all kinds of fun! 'My Dream' still looks a tad iffy to me, hopefully that'll get fleshed out before the final release.

Also, in Lost Park it looks like you can flood and parch the level back and forth as much as you like, that's pretty neat that it can be that flexible.

I noticed that too; that looks pretty nifty. I also noticed (if you look at video 15) that someone's actually *gasp* DECENT at the game! 42 Links?! That's a new high score for journalists!!! SOMEONE GIVE THEM A MEDALSomething else I just noticed is that they added a sparkly effect to obscure the sudden dreamer kid ---> NiGHTS transition, it looks better now.

Lol, yeah, I was like, GASP!! We have an EXPERT on our hands here!! ... at least compared to those last videos XD
Looks like in the Chameleon level the cards tell you whether you're hot or cold... they go from low numbers, and then up to ace right around where he is.
@ above pics: are those gemstones? Emerald, ruby, topaz, sapphire, amethyst? or maybe just different colored blue chips? Maybe they're worth more points... or maybe they're just there to look pretty XD
That screen kinda makes me go AAAAAAA THE SKY IS FALLING ala Chicken Little...

All that detail... wow..... I didn't think the Wii could do all that... I'm literally at a loss for more words to describe how happy I am....

I like how you can see the buildings and clock tower off Bellbridge off in the distance in My Dream, it sort of ties in the real world to the dream. People dream a lot about places they're familiar with, right?
And what are those things floating in the air? Music notes?
Oh, and hey, guess what?! THE WATER SPLASHES WHEN YOU STEP IN IT THIS TIME ahahahahaha XD thank god

TRAViS: "That's how it's done. Now if you don't mind I'll just take this disc home as a souvenir kthxbai" *flees*
GameSpot Crew: "Who was that guy? Maybe we should offer him a job here...?"
I never thought of it that way...that makes a lot of sense. Coolness!I like how you can see the buildings and clock tower off Bellbridge off in the distance in My Dream, it sort of ties in the real world to the dream. People dream a lot about places they're familiar with, right?

Let's see...
<3 Cat boss
<3 Chameleon boss
<3 music after Chameleon boss
<3 persona masks
<3 potential of INFINITE LINKS IN THEME PARK WOW YAYZ.
I'm already imagining how I'm gonna implement those persona masks to take back a few high score titles that I lost at ScoreAttack over time, haha. No analog = fail after those multiple dreamies were discovered. But oh man...<3

That pic looks like the same place as the below pic. Just look at the castle. I think that is that crystal world...? But that's just me.What is this place I wonder??
lol In the water world gameplay, the player kept killing the poor Pians. xD

Actually, in Gamespot's preview, they said that you paraloop Pians (and NIGHTMARENS) to teleport them to your "MyDream" area. They say that more Nightmarens = nightmarish "MyDreams" and more Pians = HAPPY, OH SO GAY! "MyDreams", just not in those words exactly...
EDIT: I must have that Pian statue!

Neato!
I really do enjoy the music especially Bomaba's (sp).
Edit: They better package this with a soundtrack dammit!

Kyameran seems too simple for me. Does he take multiple hits or do you have to find him just once? Does he even attack you?

Granted, the bosses for the original weren't exactly hardcore hard to beat, but you had to know what to do, at least. Or figure it out yourself. This one tells you how to kill them, you get tons of time, and they seem really easy anyway x_x
But I still think Kyameran looks fun <3 and that music is getting on my nerves, I like it and there's like 30 seconds of it D:
I get the impression that you have to find him more than once. Maybe once for each of the face cards? For his attack I bet he flicks out his tongue and swallows you, like this. 8D
I think the video only shows the near end of the fight... when it starts there's around 135 seconds left, but at the beginnings of other boss videos they start with about 180 seconds. Damn you, whoever recorded these videos, you're leaving out the good stuff >_<
My Dream intrigues me I hope those tiny-ass trees can grow to get REALLY big... like Mystic Forest big. Did one of the past updates say that the dream would develop hills and rivers and stuff, like terraforming? Cus I'm kinda under that impression, I think I must have read it somewhere. That would be SO COOL.
maybe if you loop stuff from a level you like, it'll start to resemble it? (I'm just speculating now)
It looks pretty plain still in the video, but at least it isn't a flat featureless plain like those horrible screenshots. I'm gonna have a hugely populated Pian/Maren/Mepian zoo, I love chao garden type stuff X3
I uploaded most of the better ones to Youtube here, bt I really reccomend downloading the mp4 files from gamestop, they're much better quality with no blurs all over them.

Now, killing them in the time allotted for a 2.0 multiplier is a completely different story. While you can basically kill every boss with ease, doing it in ~15 seconds can be rather tough, especially since you need to balance speed with caution (looking at you, Puffy ). Clawz is another good example. Easy to beat, but the 2.0 multiplier isnt quite so simple.
