Which I have:

Viral is a shark beastman with feline components.

Gainax has been pondering the idea of a second season of GL, since it's gotten such a large fanbase is such a short time.

They've also been discussing doing a spin-off series starring Lord Genome when he was a Spiral Knight.

Also, GL /will/ be coming to America! Rejoice, all of ye who despise subs!

Gurren Lagann is hands down the best show of this year.

I really hope it gets a decent dub because it deserves to be popular.

And it's not just that it is insane BURNING SPIRIT AND DRILLS GATTAIIIII fun, it's also got some slick animation, and the way the tone and themes of the show actually match up to the history of the mecha genre is fantastic.

I mean, I love Evangelion but Gurren Lagann is like the Anti-Eva. Where Evangelion tried to show what mecha shows could be like but never are (Through having such a cast of messed up broken people and such a focus on the psychological effects of 14 year old kids being thrown in a great big giant robot and told to go kill stuff) Gurren Lagann celebrates everything mecha shows CAN BE and does it with style.

I mean, I don't even like mecha shows that much, but Gurren is just pure goodness.

Oh, also, it has a killer sound track.

And will make you utterly convinced that huge crazy pointed sunglasses make EVERYTHING cooler.

GL's soundtrack is love, I'm trying to get it off the internet. X3 I really hope they go through with the Spiral Knights idea.

Adiane is a cool character, though beating on Viral ruined her value to me. XD! I'm a squee-tastic Viral fangirl!

So, The Telegraph (one of the main newspapers in the UK) did a competition for readers to design new union jacks as a response to wales complaining about the lack of dragon.

The one voted the winner is FULL OF SPIRAL POWER.
