I didnt know where to put this, soo yeah. Do you have a Guardian Angel/Spirit? Have you had contact? Did you see it in your dreams? What is it like? I know this is kind of weird but I was just wondering.

I believe that I have a Guardian somewhere out there, however I haven't had any real contact with him/her.

It's kind of a strange story, but I'll share it for kicks.

Alrighty, so when I was about eight (11 years ago strangely enough *just noticed*) I was walking across the street to a friends' house to play some Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. I remember as I got to the end of my driveway and started across the street I heard an echoing voice say "jump!". I didn't know why I had heard it, but a quick glance to my right told me that I should do it. No sooner did I leave the ground, my legs were taken out from under me by a car that had come speeding up my street. I cartwheeled through the air and landed on our mailbox breaking my right leg. I suppose it's better than the alternative.

Since that time I've had a few other moments like those, however any physical contact is yet to be had with this elusive Guardian of mine.

That's really cool Xenon! Good to know someone's watching over you! :3

I'm not sure if I have any personal guardian spirit.. but I do believe they exist. Heh, this is far from original, but I've always held NiGHTS in that sort of role for me. I've always seen him as a constant companion, no matter who you are or what you say or where you live, he can always find you when you need him. During my not-so-fun teenage years, I relied on him quite often.

Granted, I haven't seen him very much in my dreams! The consistent character has been someone who resembles Jackle... I think his name is Hidelmei, or something. He's not much of a guardian, that I know of, but he's pretty consistent! He's all I have to go on so far. Whether he's the real deal or not, that remains to be seen.

Mine's more like an imaginary friend. I just sort of made him up one day out of boredom. I don't really think he's real, but it's nice to have "someone" to think about. It kinda helps me cope when I'm lonely or down.

I'm crazy, I know. But I don't talk to him out loud or anything >_>

Not sure if I actually have a guardian spirit, per se, but at times I definitely feel there's some sort of force that has kept me out of danger in a few instances. Just something that tells me "do this" or "don't do it" when something's about to happen. Here's a quick example.

About a month ago I was driving down the highway when everything went dead silent for a split second and I could feel my car being "pulled" into the right lane on a perfectly straight stretch. No sooner was I in the lane than an SUV about 50 feet ahead of me moved into the left lane and clipped the corner of a compact at about 70 MPH. The ensuing rollover and pileup swallowed both cars that were behind me just a moment ago in the left lane.

I definitely believe there's something out there that's been keeping me safe for a while now. Not quite sure if it's a "guardian spirit," or just instincts, but it certainly gets me thinking every time something like that happens. Would be pretty cool if it actually is a guardian of some sort.

It seems most of you replying have had pretty amazing experiences with your "guardians!" Wow!

I myself haven't met mine, but I also have always felt there is someone watching over me, someone close who I can't see. I believe in guardian angels and all that, and am sure I have one, but I also think I have several protectors besides him/her.

The only major ones I can think of right now are Selph and Pikadove, two dream creatures that have been my muses for years (Selph for 2, Dove for 10). I've met them several times in dreams (along with countless other creatures) and they never fail to change and inspire me. Selph kind of "shadows" me daily, so I can always count on him, but Pikadove only shows up in my thoughts whenever she needs to.

Physical interactions... can't say I remember any if I've had them-- although of course I get the usual "wise voice" warning me against things or encouraging me to others. I'll have to keep you guys posted if I experience anything major.

Well, that's it for me. I'm not positive if Selph or Pikadove are my "true" Guardian spirits, if you know what I mean... that's a huge role, and I think perhaps there's something else out there waiting to meet me. But you never know.

Oh yes. This one I do have.

The shape and form is in a constant ebb and flow, but it's wisdom is always the same.

I don't think I have one. Ive always felt rather alone other than my physical friends and family. I'm not an atheist by any means, I just don't think I have any guardian. If I do, they must be an incompetent rookie. That, or I have some really nasty karmic (If you believe in that, I don't) debts to pay off. While I don't buy into that, I suppose it could explain a few things heha.

Yes, I think I have one.
My friend Andy said he could see Angels protecting me.

In a dream? I dunno.

I'm not sure if I have a guardian spirit or not, but all these stories make me want to share one of my own.

When I was about 7, me and my family went to the beach and were walking around these cliffs on the ocean. It was time to go, and my parents were walking ahead of me, quite distracted I suppose, because they didn't notice that I slipped and fell off the edge of the cliff.

I remember hanging on with all my might, it seemed like forever had passed, although I probably wasn't much more than a minute or two, and I finally felt my fingers weakening. As my grip started to give and slide slowly downwards, something caught my eye above the ledge I was hanging onto. A girl, in all white. Golden blond hair, seemed like she was in her late teens early 20s or so. She looked at me perfectly calm, and I could only stare back. Right as I lost grip, she grabbed onto my arms and pulled me up. The whole time, having this calm composure and perfect cool about her. She helped me up, and continued to give me this blank stare, almost like she was confused or fascinated.

I didn't say anything to her, I was still in shock I suppose. I slowly turned away and ran to catch up with my parents.

I didn't think a whole lot of it at the time, but thinking back on it, It was very unusual. Who could keep so calm and not looked a bit concerned when a child is hanging on for dear life above a violent ocean with tons of rocks below? Why didn't she say anything, ask me where my parents were, if I was alright, what happened.

Very unusual indeed. I definitely believe in guardian angels of somesort. Whether they be muses, angels, imaginary friends, or anything else.

Me thinks I do.

When I was three, I remember waking up in my crib. It was night, and everything in my room was seemingly eaten by darkness. Then something shiny caught my eye, so I looked. Coming towards me was this glowing figure (I think it was a women but I don't remember anymore), accompanied by animals, one of which was a tiger. I kept staring for a while, then quickly retreated under the covers. I have not encountered the figure since.

I don't think I've had any physical interaction since that night, but I do know this figure has kept my rear out of trouble billions of times.

I think this was my guardian angel, because it most certainly wasn't my imaginary friend (Peter Penguin X3).

When I was younger, a girl with long blonde hair would show up in my dreams on several occasions. She wore a white t-shirt and was very gorgeous. She wasn't like anyone I knew in real life, but she was so detailed and very vivid in my dreams. :D We would hang out and she was really friendly. Her name was Christine, I think. I recall a burning house in the woods during one of these dreams. Did she save me? I don't remember...
Anyway, I don't know if she was anything of importance other than a person in my dreams. However, once when I told my older brother about her, he said it was possible she could be a guardian angel of mine.

I know that it might sound wierd but, in most if not all of my fearful or troublesome dreams my gaurdian almost always steers me away from trouble. In my dream for example, one dream I had, I was in a rather large room with metal indrustrel walls and an ice floor and celing. It looked really fun to slide on (i was playing) and all these people came into the room and started to have fun to. At first is was ok untill some one grabed me from around the waist and draged me out of the room, while I was looking at the people I saw the ice was begning to melt and crack. Just after whoever carried me out and closed the door, the ice on the celing broke and floaded the room with water, the door was glass so I saw every thing. When I looked back to see who saved me I was drobed and I saw darknes and heard a voice. I think it said something like, "Becareful you'll drown in your mind if you don't wake up."
it was the strangest dream I ever had to par. I wonder who my gaurdian is.

Another non dream experince that I had was at my father's friend's plece on the 15th floor apartment building. We were going to use the elivator to go to the ground level to go out for the afternoon. I was about 12 years old at that time. I happly skiped twards the elivator because I was excited to se more of the city, because I grew up on a farm. Just as the doors opened to the elivator I felt this dizzy feeling like i suddenly lost my connection to the contious world, I felt someone hold my hand and tell me that it wasn't a way to the ground level. when I snaped back to reality I stoped my dad and his friends from going inside and shure enough half way down when the elavator left withput us one of the cables snaped and it fell.

I do believe that it was the same gaurdian in both situations.

hmm i not sure but i always feel like there is someone watching me. So i think i do but its wired because it changes forms and turns into my most favroite character or person in my dreams sometimes. And it also appears around whenever i am thinking. Sometimes i think that my guardian angel is like behind me. Oh i just have an imaginary friend someone to talk to or something. In all i m pretty sure i do have one that is watching me

He means the world to me... the light in my darkness....
