Yeah, this is kind of a spin off of Kitsune's manga thread. I don't read manga but I do read comics. I figured some people had to be in the same boat, hence this topic. Well, I'll go first.
My favorites are Cable & Deadpool, Transformers, Moon Knight, Transmetropolitan, The Mighty Thor, and Sin City.

Scott Pilgrim, Runaways, Powers, Invincible, Fell, NEXTWAVE... too many to list....
However one I've got into recently that I freaking LOVE is 'DMZ'. Set in a near futures/alternate present where America is going through a new civil war, it's the story of Matty Roth, an aspiring photo journalist who becomes embedded in the Manhattan war zone. It's got good writing, great art and is utterly compelling.

Btw, American or British Transformers comic?
When Transformers was published by Marvel, the British comics all the way. Lately though, since Dreamwave and IDW are U.S. publishers, I've been reading the U.S. comics.

Sin City, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and V for Vendetta. I also have a thing for the X-men comics, which is strange since I've hardly read them.

Runaways and Blue Monday (Its a graphic novel...does that count?)

Blue Monday totally counts! (Not that it matters, but the graphic novels for BM were released in single 'floppy' issues as mini series anyway, the graphic novels just collect each miniseries.)
(And is awesome. It was one of my favourite comics when I was in high school and I still love it. I have a sketch of Clover by Chynna Clugston-Major somewhere. )
If you like that, have you ever read Scooter Girl? It's by the same person.

Transformers, all the way. (I've been reading 'Infiltration' and 'Escalation'. Brilliant stuff.) I'm also fond of Marvel's Ghost Rider series -- though it costs an arm and a leg to get the old comics, now.

Runaways is my current US comic addiction. W.I.T.C.H. = also another addiction.
Abadazad but only have two out of three, Scooter Girl, My Faith In Frankie. For a moment I forgot this is just asking what my favourite are and I was going to go off on a list of the comics I do have. xD

Most of the comics I like are manga, such as Tokyo MewMew and Yotsuba&!. When it comes to American comics... I'd have to say that I love the Fantastic Four. Can't go wrong with the F4.
