- "D'Force" (from Wizeman's theme "D'Force Master") means Dream Force.

I thought everyone knew that. I mean, I just assumed that's what it meant, b/c "Dream Force Master" fit Wizeman so well and I thought the title had to have more meaning to it than just a funny Star Wars rip-off.

But everything else (besides the mother/father images and tragedic not being in the dictionary) is new to me. It explains a lot, and brings new perspectives of NiD to me. Thank you for finding this stuff out, Kentilan!

Is there an actual National Highway Corporation?

It's hard to tell. If I search for the Japanese word for NHC on the Japanese Wikipedia, it redirects to "Japan Highway Public Corporation" (abbreviated JH). Wikipedia doesn't know anything about the NHC, but Google gives some results. It looks like that company should be called JH and NHC is another name, maybe incorrect or outdated.

- Puffy represents Elliot's mother image.

Elliot must've spent a lot of time breastfeeding as a child!
