Anyone Remember....

Sorry, I've been looking through these forums for a few days (On and off) and I guess I'm using the search button wrong... or SOMETHING...

HOWEVER, I know WAY BACK on the old forms (I think) someone had apparently "Ripped" the voice track from Jackle's song and everyone was trying to figure out wtf it was that was being said. "He's gone and he's not coming back..." and the whole lot...

Anyone STILL have that? I lost it when my last HD died. (RIP) But I can't find that darn thing ANYWHERE. Was it ever confirmed to be real?

If there is a thread of it ON THIS FORM regarding that, can someone PLEASE direct me there?! I'm going nuts here with search words.

Btw, Google seems to do a much better job searching these forums than the actual search tool on here. I tried using the search on here and gave up really quickly lol.

Oh man. xD I always listened to it forewards, and somehwere, I think from Maresuke, I got a file of the voice ripped. I never thought of hearing it backwards. xD

Like so much speech in NiD, deciphering it all has proven an almost insurmountable challenge

the one thing i noticed most is that the majority of the people that commented on that forum don't speak nowadays, it's like we're a new generation of commenter forumy people

Well a lot of us are still around. We just speak when we feel its necessary and have something to actually say about something.

Really? (I still need to get it....) Didn't sound like much to me, like when puffy talks, but when soemone said "He's gone and he's not coming back" i was like, whoa, yea.... but at the same time I can't hear it in the song.... so I never felt it was real. I'm still curious.

No, "He's gone and he's not coming back" is what some thought was said in the background music of Jackle's song. I'm trying to see if anyone has the ripped clip that was once around on the old forums. I don't think the nightmaren say anthing tangable, excpet Reala and Wizeman.... and Jackle's "NiGHTS!" Other then that I believe it's all jibberish (or Simish if you play the sims. lol)

Actually, even what Reala and Wizeman say is gibberish, except the "NiGHTS" part of Reala's line. That's explained on the Japanese NiD website and I had a translation somewhere in another topic...
I don't know what's said in Jackle's song, though... It wouldn't surprise me if it was gibberish as well, but it sounds like English. And that's kinda creepy.

I just realised something. A running theme in NiGHTS into dreams is how different people see the world and interpret life. As in dreams, everyone's NiGHTS exerience is different. The Maren's genders are in the hands of the dreamer, NiGHTS is not good or bad, the speaking can be interpreted many ways, and so can the backstory. NiD is very open, and depending on your state of mind, the events can be interpreted differently, just like how dreams depend on the dreamer's mind.
