I have this feeling, dep in my soul, that this will ruin NiGHTS. Look at the crap we've seen from these people lately! Then there is the feeling that it will begreat, and revive NiGHTS for all the world to see.

1. NiGHTS IS "user-friendly"
2. I agree with DiGi in hoping that NiGHTS' music isn't too up-to-date. (heck I'm barely up-to-date...)
3. I also REALLY hope Sega ACTUALLY spends time and effort on this one!!!
That is all, that and it would be better if he mentioned if this game would ba all game, or have cutcsenes. I fine with both, personally, but having cutscenes would mean the possibility of terrible voice actors.

Can we expect any radical gameplay departures from the original?
Takeshi Iizuka: We found that original NiGHTS game was not "user-friendly" as it was often difficult for the player to figure out what to do or where to go next. The sequel is built around a dramatic storyline that will engage the player and guide them intuitively through the adventure.
Personally, thats the only bit that worries me. The one thing I would never wish on NiGHTS is a dictated storyline, unless it was an RPG, where there's no other option.

Who were they talking to when they decided that?
I'm a lousy gamer, but I got right into the swing of flying and looping.
I don't even care that I'm too dumb to get to Twin Seeds, the game's just fun!

i only realised what the objective was when i lost at first and i got one of those little tip screens telling me to collect ideya and bring it to the palace.
but i think that can be solved easily with an intro or demo movie at the beggining of the game

Yeah, all the hints point at 2D gameplay I suppose, and with analogue control confirmed, I'm set. Only question left for me now is the game worth buying a Wii for...
Wii has other awesome games too. Zelda, Metroid, Mario Galaxy, Resi Evil etc, etc. But none as exciting (to me) as NiGHTS though.
