I think it's because JoD hadn't been announced yet and wanted to keep the new design a surprise. I could be wrong.

So this is SEGA's new "thing" huh? Slapping it's logo over sports titles and trying to make it look fresh with J-pop idol songs, new generation kids that you can dress up (because it's not just your little sister who likes to play with dolls) and shove a few mascots in there that quite frankly arn't needed or were never asked for.

Put it on to a PC where boring golf games go to die and you can watch it sit on the store shelf and collect dust only to be sold off as one of those "3 for £10" discount game bundles.

Way to go SEGA.... way to go....

I'm with you. Come on Sega take lesson from your Gracious overlords... er I mean "hosts" at nintendo. Put you mascots and their friends in a sports game only not some want human kids who look like they're on a date. They look like they belong in Hot shots or something.

It's an online PC game, like Super Swing Golf was before they released the stripped down Wii version. So yeah, go originality! Oh well, I'll never play the game anyway. No Mac version.

Apple's software for running windows on intel macs.

E: and this game looks really dumb. Of course, I've always questioned the concept of making a game based off of golf. But now they're making Sonic a caddy of all things? I do kind of like their Green Hill Zone, but just like with Super Stars Tennis, I'd rather see it in a real Sonic game. and look, it's another huge group of SEGA characters in a game noone cares about.

I just don't see the point, did SEGA actually expect this game to sell or something?
