Here's today's update for you! The biggest news being 7 huge NiGHTS into Dreams images added to the Official art section under NiGHTS 96'. For years we've had to stare at tiny versions, now we can see them in all their insane detailed glory! Thanks to Kentilan for piecing them together for us. Super rare stuff.

Then you should know that the english translation of the NiGHTS storybook is complete. Actually it was complete a few months ago but for some reason i thought I'd updated the page already, lol. So enjoy reading this beautiful story for yourself.

I'm sitting here waiting for the mail man and It's driving me mad. Madness = productivity apparently :)

Well the hard work is over and my comic has been printed so now I can concentrate on the NiGHTS fanbase once more. Lets start as we mean to go on with a big update of fan subs!

Thank you to the fans for continuing to show their love and support for NiGHTS during my short updatish absence. Keep those subs rolling in! Especially fan art! I want to see lots of new JoD artwork sent in.

I'll be trying to update the site every day on the run up to Auchinawa con 08' rather than letting subs build up. So if you have anything to send, send it now :)

It's been ages since i done a front page update for a few reasons. One - i tend to just tell everyone what I've done in the forums and two - our FTP program had expired. Three has something to do with me slaving away on my comic each day and four has to do with non internet issues. So all in all it's been a bit manic.

Thanks to TRAViS though we have been lovingly reunited with the power to DO STUFF via ftp, so i can start by doing the last update i never posted. Then the newest one will follow.

Ok so last month we had a bit of a cosplay explosion! We had SEVEN new gallery members added. And if that's not enough I recently found 2 more which will be added on next reload. But anyway, there's a great selection of characters in there. Notably a very hardworking NiGHTS and Reala from Brazil who got quite far in the World Cosplay Summit competition. Lelis and Bruno recorded their stage skit for us and it is available to view in the cosplay section. Well done guys!

We have 2 new plushies up. First we have a cute plushie of my U.V NiGHTS, then a... Wizeman plushie. Yep. Just as i said. It's AMAZING.

We added a photo of a freaky NiGHTS water bottle to the 'Uhhhhh...' page. Keep on sending us your wild delusions, we love you.

Some changes have been happening at the forums over the past month. We now have our old 'Off topic' section back for general chat. I think it's important that NiD fans and JoD fans get to know eachother better. Remember to read the rules before posting. Other than that, have fun :)

Also i got rid of the NiGHTS webring because i have a FAR better idea that will benefit all NiGHTS related websites in the community. It's all part of my Masterplan(tm) and will eventually roll itself out. Keep working hard at your websites, i will only be adding ones that are in good working order.

I should also mention that we're still sporadically adding art to the fanart gallery. So if you sent something in ages ago it WILL eventually appear.

Ok so that's what happened last month. I have a lot to mention on next update.

Well we done the prize draw according to plan yesterday and everything was fine, but in traditional NiDcom fashion we're having problems with our video camera that recorded the event. I'd prefer to actualy have this video to show rather than just post up a boring list of winners. So if you don't all mind waiting a couple of days for me to figure out how to salvage the video then you'll know who won what very soon. Sorry for the annoying wait, it's bugging me too. I'll keep you posted on what's happening, plus after the video goes up i have a large site update to add too.

We've been playing Smash Brothers Brawl since it came out here a few days ago. Very impressive stuff, though it's a shame NiGHTS didn't get included. Booo.

Morning all. Just a short update to say things have been added to the site and the full list can be found in this topic right here. I'll keep on adding little things as i go along. The next few weeks is going to be spent trying to empty the folders on my PC of backdated NiD subs. This means a lot of new sections will be opening up to cater for things i haven't shown off yet. When big updates happen I'll give it a mention up here.

I've been really REALLY busy lately with my publishing work. My second book went on sale yesterday which I'm really pleased about. Now I'm working on getting the first issue of my comic done so i can sell it at this years Auchinawa convention, which DiGi and I shall be attending with our pals from the NiGHTS community. If you're interested in buying a copy of my latest work then mosey on down to here.

The recent SEGA gamers day turned out to be a dud in terms of any new NiGHTS games, as rumors tend to end. But the rest of the lineup looked pretty nice. I am queen and master of the original Samba game. Shame to not see any Skies of Arcadia 2 though (god i love it). Still i imagine there will be something in the pipeline as we keep hearing cryptic stuff from random places that will always fuel rumors, lol. A gap in the games gives ME a chance to catch up on website updates XD So it's not all that bad.

... something completely unrelated but does anyone here know of any Burning Rangers fansites out there? We went searching yesterday because i think it's a damn shame it doesn't have a fanbase like we do. Sort of inspired me to maybe make a website for it in the future. Or anyone else who is a BR fan could beat me to that idea and I'd still be happy. Burning Rangers needs more love! At one point DiGi and I were going to cosplay as Shou and Tillis, hahaha.

The next update will be something fun and goodie filled. So stay tuned :)

Hey again! It's your early morning admin with yesterdays update. We got the video uploaded from the SEGA London event, it's a blog of sorts, full of giant hedgehogs and spooky radios. At 20 minutes long it's quite a decent sized adventure for lunch, so head on over to the 'Record Breaking with SEGA' section and check it out. Thanks to DiGi for all the editing and of course for agreeing to dress up as Sonic in the first place... lol.

OWL. Yes Owl, ruler of the universe and everything surrounding it (his full title), has been given some long needed attention in the form of his own section in the Official art gallery, plus his own section in the Fan-Art gallery. Let us all sit around a campfire strumming guitars, shaking those tambourines and drawing Owl until we go blind. I DEMAND OWL ART. Get to it NiGHTS fans! Owl is to JoD what Samuel L Jackson was to snakes. So send your art into Subs.

Then we've got a new tune in the fanmusic section from the scary-impressive Skrypnyk with his magical musical powers. This new ambient tune of his is easy to let loop on winamp trust me. Thanks for that.

There's a new poll needing your attention regarding your thoughts on a NiGHTS 3 ever happening. Vote honestly. I'm happy to declare the last Poll revealed Owl wasn't quite as loathed as everyone presumed. POWER TO OWL!

Anyway the biggest update is probably the fact i uploaded 20 GIANT SPARKLY MASSIVE ZOOMZOOM art files to the official art gallery that SEGA Europe hijacked my PC with in January. These aren't just piddly little squashed up files stolen from IGN, these are the full sized original art files so massive you can see the artists brush strokes on the GRASS. These will be useful for those of you wanting to print out posters for your rooms or make wallpapers for your grotesquely large richpeople plasma screen wall monitors. So knock yourself out. It's amazing the detail in these things. I got rid of all the rubbish quality JoD art files so all that is left is AWESOME.

Last thing uploaded yesterday is a new plushie with eyes so big and insanely cute you will probably either run screaming or want to steal it from the owner. Eitherway it's excellent quality yet again from Sam Zero.

In other news, in my espionage work i came across something of a brick wall regarding who voices each character in JoD. I want to know because whoever voiced Owl needs to be idol worshipped and fanned with palm leaves by girls in bikinis. Since SEGA never seem to say who's talent belongs to who these days in credits, i enrolled the help of none other than NiGHTS. Bwaha, well Madam Aguire, so the moral of the story is, if you can't get answers from SEGA, get NiGHTS to do it ;D Hopefully we'll have answers some time this decade. *shakes fist at Sonicteam*

Hey guys TRiPPY here. I'm about to run out the door for the day but I wanted to update the front page first.

If you've been hiding in a cave for the past year you wont have heard our exclusive reports on a supposedNiGHTS 3 game coming out on PS3/360 that we told you about when Journey of Dreams was still in development. We told you that info way back in April 2007 and it seems the rumor just won't die.
The game that had been dubbed 'Twilight Adventure' in its early stages was apparently canceled (to my knowledge) but talks of it were still happening long after. Then a few days ago a list appeared at Sega On saying that a new NiGHTS game would be unveiled in May at the Gamers Day. The list was removed shortly after. Much like the assets for Sonic Unleashed were. So it begs the question, is this the game was that being talked about? Originally there was room for more Persona abilities and levels that were supposed to be going into another game... but it never appeared. So stick your conspiracy hats on and come join the speculation in our forums. Is this sort of thing going to happen EVERY April? lol

Speaking of SEGA, we've got our hands on the Podcast show mix we done while visiting the HQ. It's a joint show by us Dreamcast guys and AAUK's Radio Redux podcast. It's a lot of fun, completely bammy and has loltastic singing in. Ahhhh singing badly in SEGA at 11pm, nothing better. If you want to listen then click on that little show box to the left there.

Something of a Cosplay EXPLOSION happened recently when i got 4 new projects sent to my inbox. All of which are badass. We have 2 new JoD NiGHTS' and 2 Jackles! And If I'm lucky another NiGHTS for the next update. You may have seen NiGHTS and Co. lurking around at a convention near you lately- if you did- and have photos- then make sure to send them in to us! The more promotion NiGHTS gets the better! Speaking of promotion I'll be in NGamer's next issue, so look out for that too! I even got the chance to plug this website, haha.
But still on the subject of Cosplay, i opened a section on our forums for people to work on their art together. I've seen some stunning plans already! Plus... It's the only place you'll be able to see my progress on my own secret next 2 NiGHTS related cosplays... ho ho ho.

Along with Sa-Chan's cosplay came 2 amazing new plushies! So go check them out in the art section.

Annnnd to finish up have you guys played the fun new NiGHTS flash game on the official American website? Isn't it suspicious that they're updating a website for a game that's been out for months? Hmmmmm lol. Post your highscores in our forums! Now the score board has been fixed people are making good use of it when they should be working or doing something productive. Ahhh us NiGHTS fans are so easily distracted.

Well well, look at what we went and did! XD Hi everyone, DiGi here bringing you today's update. Yeah, i know. I ain't updated in a while but ever since starting college i've been a little on the busy/side-tracked side. TRiPPY has been hard at work updating stuff and she's left me to mention it all in this update so without further ado let's get on with it.

First and foremost, TRiPPY and myself (or as Arch' from SEGA has entitled us, 'The First Couple of Nightopia') were brought down to London for the day to represent SEGA at the Guinness World Record Event. I won't take up too much time explaining it all in this update because there is an entire section dedicated to it the News area. Be sure to check it out. TRiPPY has been writing that page for two days now, lol.

TRiPPY also put up a new poll for you to go and vote on. The Owl from JoD - love him or hate him? Vote now!

Then we have a very funky and very cute addition to the Tattoo section. Dor R shows off his new NiGHTS tattoo which he got inked onto his shoulder. Be sure to check that out over in the Artwork section.

TRiPPY has also updated the WiiCode friend list. We had a few more people sign up for it while we were offline so now the back log has been cleared, however me and TRiP have not got access to online play on our Wii just now. We need to set it up again when we have free time. Check up the list over the in the Gameplay section.

A small bundle of new fanart has landed in the Fanart Gallery so if you have not seen it be sure to do so. There are some real gems in there.

Sam Zero 22 has now created an amazing NiGHTS plushie, complete in his JoD outfit. It looks wonderful and really ups a notch on his plushie repertoire. Go look in the Plushie section under Artwork.

There is also a new fanmaren sculpture in Craftwork in the image of 'Purgatory' and a new wallpaper in the PC Goodies section. It's all very snazzy.

-ATTENTiON ALL GAMER COSPLAYERS in the U.K



Well i said a couple of days ago that SEGA was up to something involving us admins here at the .com and now I'm allowed to spill the proverbial beans.

Listen up!

You might recall that ArchangelUK was blogging on SEGAEurope.com about his trip to visit us here in Edinburgh for Journey of Dreams. He later made a blog encouraging people who cosplay as SEGA characters to send in their photos. Well someone who read that very journal was from the Guinness World Records here in the U.K. They emailed Arch about a record breaking event they were planning involving 'the most game cosplayers in one place at one time' and asked if it could all be made into one neat little package. So SEGA said yes, Arch phoned us and suddenly i find myself at the front of a large media covered cosplay event in London as the official SEGA NiGHTS mascot! No, seriously! XD

As for my dear darling co-admin DiGi... well I'll leave it to you to guess who SEGA asked him to cosplay for them. It's going to be complete gold i swear.

I'm so excited! I get to promote Journey of Dreams for SEGA in the newspaper and the Guinness World Records book! :D

I want everyone who has a game cosplay in the U.K to get your butts down to London on the 18th next month. This event is going to be a lot of fun and it's the perfect place to show off your hard work! I want to see all sorts of characters portrayed there from all the game companies. It's the perfect place to show your love for both computer games and cosplay :)

For those of you who don't read the forums regularly i thought it only proper to actually update to say we're okay, we have a great new home of our own and our internet got moved with only a few technical hitches. Also look ma! I got my first book published that i never got the chance to promote here on the news page. It's a cute little Orange dream diary thing, so i imagine it would be beneficial to anyone who likes a lot of that sleep stuff or NiGHTS. You can check it out here! Thanks to everyone who's bought a copy of my first project so far ^^ Soon the actual iMAGNi comics will be available in your local bookstores :) It's nice to be doing our own stuff. iMAGNi.com will fully open when Issue 0 goes on sale...

I have a lot of catching up to do online. I've still got to finish adding the cartloads of graphic files SEGA gave me for JoD. Give Zero Gravity, JP PS2 NiGHTS and Sega Superstars Tennis some love and then walk around with a a feather duster nagging my admins about not feeding the goldfish while i was away.

Today i received an awesome box packed full of SEGA goodness in the mail with enough clothing to dress a small town, Haha. In my hurry to open said box i had a horrible accident with a stanley knife and nearly lost a thumb. This is the drama that AAUK creates.

Speaking of Mr UK, he convinced DiGi lastnight on the phone (No, really, it involved a LOT of convincing) to partake in something quite grand this coming March that will help promote JoD. I'm completely blissed out and so hyper i can't sleep properly (lunatic) . It looks like DiGi and i are going on one of those mad last minute SEGA adventures again, except this time SEGA is paying! Lol

What have SEGA set us NiGHTS admins up for this time? You'll have to wait and see.

That reminds me... I have an overdue JoD goodie giveaway competition to organize courtesy of SEGA.

So i have to pack everything into boxes and I'm trying to leave my PC to last. I don't know what's going to happen to us after this afternoon. Might be today, tomorrow or Friday. If we get moved today i wont be able to say goodbye so i'll say it now.

Thanks to everyone who's signed up to this place, thanks to everyone who bought the new game, thanks to everyone who visits the website, even if they don't talk on the forums. You've really made this place a home, and even if I'm on the streets or sharing a room with some drunk bum (no not DiGi) then at least i know this place is always welcoming.

I don't know when i'll be back, if i said a month, I'd be lying because i have no idea how long this is going to take to get a wage. So i'll just say soon.

Ok so back to normality. We've fully completed the game, laughed, cried, cursed obscenities at Donbalon and ended up loving Owl (why why?). So i can concentrate on being that adminly person again.

I've been doing updates lately and not actually mentioning them on the news page. So i'll make up for that today. Just incase anyone missed something.

But before all that! Anyone who visits SEGA Europe.Com may have noticed yours truly and the website being blogged upon. That's right! ArchangelUK has been recording his thoughts on the JoD trip to Edinburgh this month. It's so awesome to see us getting recognition from SEGA, i really want this community to be noticed for all its hard work over the years and have new people find their way here. Last week Dreamcast show 06 went online. If you've not downloaded it yet, do so. It's nearly 2 hours long! It features ArchangelUK, Jof... and my brother, lol. We recorded it on the eve of the UK release of JoD. I always seem to be lucky enough to get my mitts on any NiGHTS game prior to release, so you'll get to hear DiGi and I's thoughts on the new game in this show. Thanks to SEGA for bringing the event to us!

Also something i added to the website without a peep this month was the Dream Diary section. Not that old forum blog one, heavens no, this is a personal blog you can customize that actually works and wont eat your dreams. A lot of people have signed up for one already and use it daily, including myself, so register today!

A couple of days ago after having my Wii Dongle let me online at random times i decided it would be in every fans best interest to have a list somewhere of gamers who want to team up on JoD. Finding random players can often be a task, so i made a page to promote the online be-friending aspect. You'll find it in the Gameplay menu.

Noteworthy things i should also mention are the inclusion of another 3 playlists, 2 new wallpapers by Maresuke and a crop of bigger photographs from Lithe Fider in the plushie section.

I'm attempting to mod one of my PaPetch toys today. Photos later :)

-Admin gone AWOL?





I thought it only polite to leave a 'will be back soon' message on the frontpage lol. Where have we admin got to? Well we got Journey of Dreams two days ago and have been playing it like crazymen. Thursday and Friday were wonderful wonderful things that shall stay in my mind for a long time :) The SEGA visit went swimmingly well, AND I EVEN GOT CHEESECAKE >XD Hah! Score.

We have tons and tons of things to tell you about and show, but right now we both just want to sit down, drink tea, get cosy and enjoy the one game we've been waiting 11 years for.

My Wii Dongle is up to its usual tricks (ie) being completely rubbish, so i can't connect to the online features (apart from the weather), so I'm going to try sort that out this week. Still I'll give you all my JoD friend code-

Happy New Year! Ok so I'm a couple of days late with the well wishing but it's all for a good reason. I had a fantastic Christmas and generally nice Hogmanay season despite getting hit hard by the Flu (which i still unfortunately have). But that's not stopped me from working away at the updates. I'm excited to say we have a new PC (ONE THAT WORKS). Yes after 7 years of hitting the old one with a hammer and watching it make my admin life a misery - picture me now frolicking through fields of tulips waving around an Oscar. Yes the TRiPPY is a happy TRiPPY. Bliss.

I'm very surprised at how docile I've remained over the past few weeks while it feels like everyone else on the planet other than me is playing JoD right now. I mean i could have bought an imported Wii to play our shiny JP copy on but... nah... there's something torturously fun about waiting. It's like being a little kid waiting for Christmas. Besides, I'd much rather have SEGA come to our house officially, play the game and stuff our faces with cheesecake products than get the game through unsavory means. It's just not fun like that. Wow, since when have i become so pious. I added a countdown for us patient Euro people so you can while away the hours Preordering your copy of Journey Of Dreams if you haven't done so already. Lets make JoD a success in the U.K and European regions!

Other than the above updates i have some cool news from one certain lovely lady Julissa Aguirre, NiGHTS' voice actor in Journey of Dreams. (Yes they spelt her name wrong in the credits e_e mrrgh). She recently said to DiGi, and i quote:

"There will be another game coming out soon where the NiGHTS character is written in to the story line. Let the fans know I'm very flattered that they like the game and thank you so much for the support!"

So this brings up a whole heap of speculation on the next NiGHTS title. We already know about M&S DS, Sonic Riders Zero Gravity and of course Sega Superstars Tennis... but... could this be NiGHTS 3? Here's hoping.

Well, it will be in about 5 days but me and TRiP won't be here to update on that day since we're heading to London for the week so we're wishing you all a Merry Christmas now. ^_^

As you know, Journey of Dreams was released two days ago and resulted in quite a few of you having trouble locating the game on it's day of release. One particular duo wanted to record a documentary of sorts, showing everyone their 'Journey to Journey of Dreams'. Sisters Shae and Kbooki recorded a two part show of them running around, desperately trying to find the game. It's full of crazy humor, running in high heels and singing while driving. Go to the Event Section and look under 'EPiC ADVENTURE' to check out these video's. It's worth your time, trust me. Good show, girls.

Also, me and TRiPPY recently recorded a short 'bonus' DreamCast Show in time for Christmas. I know the previous show was dubbed as the 'christmas show' but that kinda happened on the fly and wasn't planned...so we made an actual Christmas Show instead, which is available for your listening pleasure. It contains a brief update on what's been happening and what's to come in terms of Sega, a remixed version of DREAMS DREAMS that TRiPPY has made, featuring yours truly (which is set to appear on ArchangelUK's Wrecks Factor 2007. Holla, Arch') and a rather funny festive soap opera by Zero-Shift, entitled 'NiGHTSy Christmas Carol'. It's all nice.
