We did it guys! NiGHTS into dreams… ports into reality!
Can I be honest? This is a post I'd been wanting and waiting to have to type up for many many years. Now that it's actually here I'm probably too happy and tearful to be able to word it properly.
Today marks 16 years since the release of the original NiGHTS into dreams… on the SEGA Saturn.
Today marks the day that SEGA answered our dreams and the NiD15 campaign.
SEGA listened to us.
Guys… NiGHTS into dreams… is being ported to modern consoles.
We've finally got what we'd been begging for. A new generation of NiGHTS fans will now be able to experience what we love so much. Old fans will be able to play the game now for new reasons. And everyone else? Well welcome to something beautiful and life changing that will stick with you for a very very long time.
SEGA have been directly working with the fans on this one.
How do I know?
We've been working on the game. This is the real deal.
This was the one title that caused me to chase my dreams for years to work at SEGA. It's with a great sense of pride I can say I achieved that dream years later. The day I sat down infront of this project at my desk I just couldn't stop smiling. I knew this entire community was perched up on my shoulder. This has been a real dream come true. For all of us.
Thank you so much to EVERYONE who worked so hard to make this happen. The years of campaigning and promoting, causing mischief and creating the best kinds of memories. You should all feel very proud of yourselves and thankful to everyone behind the scenes. If you believe in something enough, face your fears and never give up – it can happen.
Happy birthday NiGHTS. We didn't forget you.

I'd never played the original, but I've been wanting to since before I was 9, more than 7 years ago. Even the longest dreams come true eventually!
Congrats, guys! Big thanks to you and SEGA for making this happen. Can't wait to download it. Enjoyed the game back when I had a Saturn a couple of years or so back, but never had the 3D Controller to play it with an analogue stick, so I'm sure I'll enjoy it even more now I don't have to hurt my thumb on the D-pad.
OMG! Yes! Yay! I can't wait to get this one my pc. I don't have the other two so pc is fine.

I am SO FREAKING EXCITED to be able to share what is probably my favorite Sega gaming experience with my friends. This game really means a lot to me, and I can't wait to play experience it for the first time again.
Congratulations! As someone who's never gotten to play the original Saturn game but has stared at its screenshots longingly for nearly a decade now (not to mention listened to its incredible music), I couldn't be more excited that gamers like us will finally get a chance to experience this fantastic game.

This is such wonderful news! A big thank you to SEGA for finally listening to our pleas! And honestly, I wanna give a major thank you to TRiPPY for all her hard work within the fan community, as well as everyone that has contributed so much hard work to getting the message to SEGA that WE WANT NIGHTS!
It has finally happened. TRiPPY, if it weren't for you, this wouldn't have happened. I thank you so much for giving us and SEGA that push that we needed. YOU'RE TOO COOL! This is just what I've been holding onto my points for so long for! (That and Jet Set Radio HD, whenever that is.) So is there a release date on this yet?!

I (like many people) have some great memories and stories because of playing NiGHTS. Can't wait to be leaving on my console on again just to listen to the greatest video game music (and music system) ever created or morn the death of a long lived nitopian accidently killed in a playthrough.

I just love reading this fantasic awesome news for NiGHTS fans after all these years especially when your dreams came true and it's beautiful. I have a similar goal, to work for Sega and support fans by bringing out tons of their awesome games. Not only that, each and every Sega game gives me inspiration to never give up and believing in myself. To show my support, I will buy many copies of NiGHTS into Dreams. It's one of the best damn Sega Saturn game of all time.

Is there a official website or release date for PC? i don't have any consoles anymore i would love to try it on the PC.
I know I am in the minority, and I don't want to rain on the parade (march on, paraders!!), BUT, I am only excited about the HD remake in the hope that it might actually lead to a third installment in the series.
Now then, back to the parade …
It's been a long time guys, good to see you all again.
TRiPPY, my boyfriend linked the video to me in my Facebook and I cried tears of joy. Thank you for putting so much effort forth on our behalf, and thank you SEGA for not only listening to us, but for caring enough to literally make our dreams come true. As far as I know, no other cult classic has achieved what NiGHTS has.

It's been a long time since I was on here. This news is great, especially considering I never got a chance to play the remake on the PS2. Now what I'm wondering is, is a future Wii U version completely out of the question? It wouldn't have to have any extras (though an extra first-person mode on the Wii U controller would be awesome and dizzying).
While I'm thinking of it, imagine the kinds of mods and custom content that users are going to bring to the PC version. Play as Reala, ports of stages from JoD, genuine custom levels…the list is endless.

So now NiGHTS and Reala are confirmed to be in All Stars Racing: Transformed! Just…. not as racers. THEY'RE APPEARING AS VEHICLES. Interesting, and rather smart nod to JoD. NiGHTS is piloted by a nightopian, Reala by a Goodle. While they are appearing in their JoD designs, the stage is composed of Spring Valley, Gillwing's Lair, and Wizeman's "Arena".

(Sorry for my bad english, i'm Argentinian/Argentino.)

I'm 16, and I became a NiGHTS fan three years ago. With this, I can rectify my HUGE mistake of not playing the original NiGHTS into Dreams … ! I apologize for my lateness! But, with this victory, we must NEVER stop supporting TRiPPY and DiGi Valentine! We must never stop the push or get lazy! As soon as that happens, we have to wake up again. We must NEVER stop with NiGHTS! If you older NiGHTS fans are as crazy as I've seen (and I'm sure you are), NEVER LET NiGHTS DIE!
